I truly can’t say enough good things about this office and the amazing people who work here. Since moving back to Pittsburgh, I needed to find a new eye doctor, and with my difficult prescription, getting my glasses right hasn’t always been easy. The optometrist got it perfect the first time and has always been so kind, patient, thorough, and understanding. She takes the time to actually get to know me and my family, which makes every visit feel personal. The entire staff is just as incredible. While I could name specific people who have made such a difference over the years, I honestly don’t even need to — because every single person in this office deserves recognition. From the moment I walk in, I am greeted, acknowledged, helped, and taken care of from every angle. Every staff member pays attention, walks me through the process, and makes me feel like I genuinely matter. Anyone who knows me knows picking glasses is never a quick decision — I can have dozens of frames laid out trying to find “the one.” They are always patient, honest, and helpful, narrowing everything down to the perfect pairs that fit my face, my style, and my everyday life. They work with me to capitalize on my insurance benefits while also using the BOGO 1/2% each year! Over the years, I've built a nice collection with variety to compliment my wardrobe / differential facets of my lifestyle. Over the years, they’ve been there for so many little moments — the tears when my puppy chewed my glasses, the frustration of trying to find frames when I was pregnant and my face felt different, and the happy moments of finding a pair that finally felt like me. They’ve seen me through different seasons of life and have always shown kindness, patience, and compassion. There is honestly no better feeling than getting that call that my glasses are ready, coming in, putting them on, and loving my frames while my lenses are perfect the first time. They always make sure everything feels right and that I walk out confident and taken care of. Even if I moved farther away, I would still come back because finding a team that cares this much is rare. They know me, they know what works for me, and they go above and beyond every single time. I truly cannot thank them enough. They are simply amazing and deserve all the recognition for the incredible work they do.

Ryan Sharp is truly the best employee ever!! He is very reliable, trustworthy and provided the best customer service I’ve ever received at any optical center. Anytime I need to order contacts, he is always available to help me right away and he deserves a pay raise and a promotion.

Exceptional experience! I happened to be in the area and decided to pop in to see some unique frame designs- Amanda was so welcoming and enthusiastic even though it was close to closing time, and she used her expertise and energy to help me find the perfect frames! She was wonderful at asking questions and listening to what I liked and didn't like about each style. She made the entire process so easy, expeditiously bringing over lots of great options while I was at the mirror trying them all on, and also did a great job of explaining all of the options for the lenses. I am so pleased with my new glasses from Eyetique Wexford and was dazzled by the wonderful customer service provided by Amanda!

I’ve lived in many states across the United States and have been to many eye doctors and offices, this is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had, the doctor is very personable and the so is the staff, I would 10 out of 10 recommend this office to anyone.

I had the greatest experience at the Wexford location. Nigel, Amanda and Jake worked with me so much to get the exact pair of glasses I needed and wanted. They were very understanding and patient. Because of their awesome customer service, I will keep coming back! They said they want customers to be happy with their purchase and I definitely am!

I highly recommend this place!!! The staff was so nice patient & very helpful. I was havin lots of problems finding an eye care place that takes my insurance 2 order contact lenses. After talking with them on the phone I went there 2 give them my prescription & insurance info. To my surprise they already had all of my info & had started making my account. I literally was in & out with my contacts ordered in 10mins. They offered free shipping 2 my place & gave me 10% off & they gave me a $100.00 rebate form!! Eyetique is definitely my new eye care place!!!

My latest experience with Eyetique in Wexford. I was greeted the moment I walked in by Jake. He was the lead optician that waited on me. He is very knowledgeable and customer oriented. What a great experience. I was there to get new progressive glasses because my prescription changed. A wide variety of styles and colors in frames. I chose progressive lenses and I’m so glad I did. I am getting so many compliments on my new frames as well. Highly recommend EYETIQUE! Jake is awesome and he has the amazing ability to choose the perfect frames for you!
