The optometrist got it perfect the first time and has always been so kind, patient, thorough, and understanding. She takes the time to actually get to know me and my family, which makes every visit feel personal.
The entire staff is just as incredible. While I could name specific people who have made such a difference over the years, I honestly don’t even need to — because every single person in this office deserves recognition. From the moment I walk in, I am greeted, acknowledged, helped, and taken care of from every angle. Every staff member pays attention, walks me through the process, and makes me feel like I genuinely matter.
Anyone who knows me knows picking glasses is never a quick decision — I can have dozens of frames laid out trying to find “the one.” They are always patient, honest, and helpful, narrowing everything down to the perfect pairs that fit my face, my style, and my everyday life. They work with me to capitalize on my insurance benefits while also using the BOGO 1/2% each year!
